Passenger Details

Registration for 17 years old and younger is free but does not include meals, raffle ticket or an event t-shirt. Meals for our under age guests can be purchased separately. Additional event t-shirts can be purchased for $20 each. All passengers regardless of age must be listed on this registration and changes can be made at check-in. All passengers will be REQUIRED to sign the "Release of Liability" form at the time of check in.

A "Minor Release" will be REQUIRED for everyone under the age of 18. These must be notarized and there is no exception to this policy. Click here to download.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, $25.00 from each registration is non-refundable per person. Full refunds will be issued up to the day the online pre-registration closes which is 9 days before the event start date (excluding the $25 per person non-refundable). If you need to cancel after the 9th day, 50% will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.

There will be no refunds granted for any reason after the cancellations window. This includes, but is not limited to inclement weather, etc.

Updating Registration

Change is a part of life and some times you will need to make changes to your registrations. If you need to change/update a passanger, please email Kyle @ [email protected] with changes. If you need to add a passanger to an existing registration, please visit the events registration page and click the link in the Updating Registration section.
